Dare for More Ministries helps transform women’s lives by empowering them with resources to take on the challenges of life through an authentic global community.

Locally, we help empower women with the resources they need to grow in their spiritual walk through Reba’s teaching ministry, discipleship opportunities, and DFM Live. DFM also connects our local community to the plight of women and children around the world through global mission trips.

Globally, DFM builds relationships with communities around the world where women and children are vulnerable and in crisis to create lasting, sustainable change. We provide safe houses, training centers, education and discipleship opportunities, and run a robust ministry in Guatemala. Our goal globally is to provide rescue, restoration, and prevention for women in crisis due to poverty, abuse, and human trafficking. 

3 MAIN WAYS TO GET INVOLVED

CARE FUND:
This fund helps DFM care for those in need in the US and around the globe. With flexible giving options, you choose the amount and the frequency. No matter what you give, every cent goes to help women and children in crisis. We want every church to be a part of helping women and their children in some way. That means you can partner with us at any level of giving and we believe that God will take the small and the great and multiply each gift for His glory. Whether you support us monthly through your missions giving or choose to take an annual offering we are thrilled to have you join us in the fight.

DREAM TEAM:
This team dreams and gives BIG! With annual donations that exceeds five thousand dollars, this team’s gifts allow Dare for More to go deep in the lives of individuals and entire communities in ways that have long-term impact. As of October, we currently need $400,000 to pay off the property purchased in Guatemala. We would love to have this completed by the end of 2023.

SEAT AT THE TABLE:
Sponsor a woman for a year as she transforms her life at one of our training centers. You will help her gain skills training to sustainably support herself and her family, emotionally heal from trauma, and be impacted by the Gospel.

UPCOMING & SPECIFIC NEEDS

Sponsor the safe house opening in January.

Your sponsorship would help cover the operational costs each year, so consider making an annual commitment so we can set our budget needs for the year and give sustainability to the house.

The funds given would cover every need the women and their children would have, including but not limited to:

  • food

    clothes

  • medical care

  • skills training

  • counseling

  • mentoring

  • legal work

  • maintenance & staffing of the house

Annual Operating Cost: $215,000

We need 10 churches committed to giving $21,500 annually to the Safe House to make it possible for hope and healing to take place in so many lives.

Our strategy is to be part of the communities and villages where women are in crisis so we can build relationships and trust. Our training centers are the way we reach this goal.

Each week, women can come and be a part of learning a skill, but while they are with us they learn so much more. They hear about the hope and healing found in Jesus. They are loved and cared for by our team. We are then able to start stepping into their lives to help in profound ways.

Our vision is to establish dozens of baking and sewing training centers all over the country of Guatemala.

Once we have one training center funded, we will expand into another village.

Single Training Center Cost: $6,350/year
