Fighting for Justice: Our Quiet, Yet Crucial Work
While we often share the brighter side of what we do, there’s another part of our mission that is tough but deeply important. Our women in Guatemala continue to fight for justice as they seek accountability for the crimes committed against them and their children. This is an incredibly challenging and painful process for these families as they must relive their trauma by recounting their stories in court. It takes immense courage and strength, and the weeks that follow can be very difficult as the weight of their pain resurfaces.
We don’t talk about this aspect of our work often, but it’s critical to the healing and restoration process. Please pray for our team as they walk alongside these women, providing love and support through some of the hardest moments of their lives.
Reba on the Road
Reba is hitting the road over the next few months, traveling coast to coast to speak at women’s events and share the Dare for More story. Please keep her in your prayers as she travels, and ask that God would open hearts and invite many to join us as partners in this important work. We’re excited for the opportunities these events bring to raise awareness and grow our community of supporters.
